Coconut Macaroons with Dulce de Leche

  • Makes: about 48 macaroons  
  • Freezes: excellent

  • Baking Time: 12-15 minutes 

Ingredients

3 pkg200g each or 6 cups/1.5L flaked coconut

1 can300g Eagle Brand® Dulce de Leche caramel flavoured sauce

2 tsp10ml pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2 Combine coconut, caramel flavoured sauce and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix well.

  3 Place rounded spoonful onto prepared baking sheets.

  4 Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until browned around the edges. Let sit on baking sheets 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
