Temps de préparation : 5 minutes plus baking and cooling time
Donne : about 1 1/4 cups (300 mL)

Ingrédients :

1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
Assorted dippers (cookies, cake, banana chunks, apple slice, strawberries)

Mode de préparation :

Pour Eagle Brand into a 9" (23 cm) ovenproof plate. Cover with foil; place in large shallow baking pan, pour hot water into larger pan to depth of 1" (2.5 cm). Bake in preheated 425°F (220 °C) oven 1 hour or until thick and caramel-coloured.
Beat warm Eagle Brand until smooth. Cool 1 hour. Refrigerate until serving time.
Serve as dip with assorted dippers. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

I have always done this in the can cooking submerged in lots of water..it becomes jelly like is this method not okay....have to let cool til can can be opened
