Banana Peanutty Shake
Take your two favourite flavours and shake ‘em up for an unbelievable creamy smooth treat! And allergy-free as well !

Serving: 4 portions
3 ripe bananas, sliced
3 tbsp (45 mL) smooth peanut butter or nut-free pea butter*
1 cup (250 mL) cold water
1 can (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 cup (75 mL) lemon juice
2 cups (500 mL) ice cubes
1. In blender container, combine all ingredients except ice; blend well.
2. Gradually add ice, blending until smooth. Refrigerate leftovers.
Notes:* Pea butter is a vegetable (pea) product made to taste and look like peanut butter.
