Prep Time: 10 minutes plus freezing time

Ingredients:
1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp (15 mL) vanilla extract
1 cup (250 mL) pureed or mashed bananas
1 tsp (5 mL) ground cinnamon
2 cups (500 mL) whipping cream, whipped (do not use non-dairy whipped topping)
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine Eagle Brand and vanilla; stir in bananas and cinnamon.
2. Fold in whipped cream.
3. Pour into 9 x 5" (2 L) loaf pan or other container; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
