Shimmering Chocolate Balls

Prep Time: 10 mins plus chilling and rolling time
Serving: 2-3 dozen
4 squares (28g/1 oz each) semi-sweet chocolate
1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
1 can (300 mL) Regular Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 cups (625 mL) graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup (125 mL) sugar
1. Melt chocolate & butter over low heat. Remove from heat & add vanilla, Eagle Brand & graham crumbs; mix well. Chill 30 minutes.
2. Take by tablespoons full and roll by hand into ¾” (17 cm) balls.*
3. Spread sugar, 1/8 cup at a time onto a plate. Roll each ball in sugar to coat lightly and place on wax paper.
Notes:* To prevent chocolate from melting in your hands, dip hands in cold water every few minutes and dry them before re-handling chocolate. ** This recipe freezes well
