Magic Marshmallow Bars
Video night? Party? This 10-minute treat loves to be part of a good time.
Prep Time: 10 minutes plus baking time
Preheat To: 350ºF (180ºC)*
Serving: 24 squares
Ingredients:
2 cups (500 mL) graham crumbs
1 cup (250 mL) chopped peanuts
3/4 cup (175 mL) butter, melted
1 cup (250 mL) milk chocolate chips
1 cup (250 mL) peanut butter chips
2 1/2 cups (625 mL) miniature marshmallows
1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup (125 mL) milk chocolate chips, melted
Preparation:
1. Combine crumbs, peanuts and butter; press evently onto parchment paper-lined 13x9" (3.5 L) baking pan.
2. Layer milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and marshmallows over crust. Drizzle Eagle Brand evenly over all.
3. Bake in preheated 350°F(180°C)* oven 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
4. Drizzle with melted milk chocolate chips. Cool thoroughly and cut into bars.
