Magic Rainbow Cookie Bars

Magic Rainbow Cookie Bars Recipe

Candy coated chocolate candies in all colors of the rainbow are sprinkled over another easy one bowl one pan bar! Simply mix graham wafer crumbs together with butter, press into pan, drizzle with Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk and sprinkle with treats.

Prep Time: 10 minutes plus baking time
Preheat To: 350ºF (180ºC)
Serving: 24 bars

Ingredients:

3/4 cup (175 mL) butter, melted
2 cups (500 mL) graham wafer crumbs
1 can (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup (250 mL) candy-coated chocolate candies
1 1/4 cups (300 mL) flaked coconut
1 cup (250 mL) chopped nuts

Preparation:

1.  Combine butter and crumbs; press onto parchment paper-lined 13" x 9" (3.5 L) baking pan.
2.  Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs.
3.  Sprinkle with candies, then coconut and nuts; press down firmly.
4.  Bake at 350°F (180°C)* for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Remove paper and cut into bars.
