Café Mocha Mix

½ cup125 ml unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup250 ml boiling water

1 can300 ml Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk


Whipped cream (optional)

Chocolate shavings (optional)


  1 Place cocoa powder in large bowl. Slowly stir in boiling water. Strain through fine-mesh sieve to remove any lumps of cocoa. Stir in sweetened condensed milk.

  2 Store covered in refrigerator, up to 5 days until ready to use.

  3 For each cup of hot coffee, stir in 2-3 tbsp (30-45 mL) of Café Mocha Mix. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.
