										:  Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

										:  Bring caramel flavoured sauce to a boil in saucepan, stirring frequently.

										:  Continue cooking for 1 minute and remove from heat.

										:  Place popcorn in a large bowl. Pour hot caramel flavoured sauce over popcorn. Stir to coat. Sprinkle with salt.

										:  Transfer to prepared baking sheet and arrange in single layer. Sprinkle with ¼ cup (50mL) cheese.

										:  Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let cool completely and break into pieces.
