										:  Line an 8” x 8” (2L) baking dish with parchment paper overlapping 2 sides for easy removal.

										:  Place ingredients in a 2 quart (2.2L) microwave safe mixing bowl, and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Let cool slightly (5 minutes).
