Espresso Caramel Sauce

  • Makes: about 1 cup/250 mL  
  • Preparation Time: 2 minutes plus cooking time 


1 tbsp15 ml boiling water

1 tsp5 ml instant espresso powder

1 can300 ml Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk, caramelized*


  1 Dissolve instant espresso powder in boiling water; add to caramelized sweetened condensed milk. With electric mixer beat until smooth.

  2 Use immediately or cool one hour, then refrigerate up to 3 days. Reheat in microwave until pourable.

  3 Serve over ice cream and other favourite desserts.
