Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5 mL) ground cinnamon
- 2 cups (500 mL) chopped dried apples
- 2 cups (500 mL) quick cooking oats
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) unsifted flour
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butterscotch-flavoured chips
- 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
Directions
Step 1:
In small bowl, sprinkle lemon juice and cinnamon over apples; toss. Set aside.
Step 2:
In large bowl, combine oats and flour. Add apple mixture, butterscotch chips and Eagle Brand; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheets.
Step 3:
Bake in preheated 350ºF (180ºC) oven 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately remove from baking sheet. Store loosely covered.
