Chocolate Chip Orange Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp (5 mL) grated orange rind
- 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) water
- 1 pkg (225 g) white or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1:
In medium bowl, combine crumbs, cocoa and rind. Stir in Eagle Brand and water until well blended.
Step 2:
Fold in chocolate chips. Spread into parchment paper-lined 9” (23 cm) square baking pan.
Step 3:
Bake in preheated 350ºF (180ºC) oven 25 to 30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cool completely; cut into bars.
