Ingredients

  • 4 cups (1 L) toasted rice cereal
  • 1 cup (250 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped toasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 can (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Original or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) candy-coated chocolate pieces (optional)

Directions

Step 1:

Combine cereal, chocolate chips, almonds and coconut. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined. Spread mixture into parchment paper-lined 8" (2 L) square baking pan.

Step 2:

Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven 20 to 25 minutes or until just golden.

Step 3:

Press candy pieces into top while bars still warm. Cool thoroughly and cut into bars.
