Chocolate Nut Bars

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups (425 mL) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, melted
- 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 pkg (350 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (250 mL) chopped nuts
Directions
Step 1:
Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of parchment paper-lined 13" x 9" (3.5 L) baking pan. Bake in preheated 375º F (190ºC) oven 8 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce oven temperature to 350°F (180ºC).
Step 2:
Melt Eagle Brand with 1 cup (250 mL) chocolate chips and vanilla. Spread chocolate mixture over prepared crust. Top with remaining 1 cup (250 mL) chocolate chips then nuts; press down firmly.
Step 3:
Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
