Chocolate Pecan Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) all purpose flour
- 1 cup (250 mL) icing sugar
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) unsweetened cocoa
- 1 cup (250 mL) cold butter
- 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) chopped pecans
Directions
Step 1:
Combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in butter until crumbly. Press firmly onto bottom of 13 x 9 inch (3.5 L) baking pan. Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Combine Eagle Brand, egg and vanilla; mix well. Stir in nuts. Spread evenly over crust. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Step 3:
Cool. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
