Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) melted butter
- Ice Cream:
- 2 cups (500 mL) whipping cream
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vanilla extract
- 1 tsp (5 mL) cinnamon
- 1 tsp (5 mL) ground ginger
- 1 cup (250 mL) pumpkin puree (not filling)
- 1 can (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Original Sweetened Condensed Milk
Directions
Step 1:
Combine crumbs and butter. Press into 8” (2 L) square freezer safe pan.
Step 2:
Whip cream, vanilla and spices on high speed of electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Mix in pumpkin and sweetened condensed milk. Pour into prepared pan. Freeze, at least 6 hours or overnight.
