Krispy Butterscotch Squares

Ingredients
- 4 cups (1 L) toasted rice cereal, crushed to about 2 cups (500 mL)
- 1 cup (250 mL) butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 6 tbsp (90 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Directions
Step 1:
Combine cereal, butterscotch chips, pecans and coconut. Add Eagle Brand; mix well. Spread mixture into parchment paper-lined 8" (2 L) square pan.
Step 2:
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 20-25 minutes or until just golden brown. Cool thoroughly. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Chill until chocolate is set. Cut into squares.
