Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) graham crumbs
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) icing sugar
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) butter, melted
- 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vegetable shortening
Directions
Step 1:
Combine crumbs with sugar and butter; press evenly onto parchment paper-lined 13 x 9 inch (3 L) baking pan. Top evenly with coconut then Eagle Brand.
Step 2:
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 20-25 minutes or until set but not browned. Remove from oven and cool.
Step 3:
Melt chocolate with shortening. Drizzle over top. Chill and cut into bars.
