Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) graham wafer crumbs
- 1 cup (250 mL) chocolate cookie crumbs
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) butter, melted
- 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) whole or chopped pecans
- 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) toffee bits
- 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) sweetened flaked coconut
Directions
Step 1:
Combine graham and chocolate crumbs with butter; press evenly onto parchment-lined 13" x 9" (3.5 L) baking pan.
Step 2:
Pour Eagle Brand evenly over crumbs.
Step 3:
Sprinkle with pecans, chips, toffee bits and coconut; press down firmly.
Step 4:
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool thoroughly and cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
