Pecan Pie Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter
- 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
Directions
Step 1:
Combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press mixture on bottom of 13" x 9" parchment paper-lined baking pan. Bake in preheated 350ºF (180ºC) oven 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, combine pecans, Eagle Brand, eggs and lemon juice; pour over crust. Bake 25 minutes or until filling is set. Cool. Cut into bars.
