Pistachio Magic Cookie Bar

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) graham wafer crumbs
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) butter, melted
  • 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) coarsely chopped hazelnuts
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) coarsely chopped shelled pistachios
  • 1 cup (250 mL) milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) toffee bits

Directions

Step 1:

Combine graham crumbs with butter; press evenly onto parchment-lined 13" x 9" (3.5 L) baking pan.

Step 2:

Pour Eagle Brand evenly over crumb crust.

Step 3:

Sprinkle with nuts, chips and toffee bits; press down firmly.

Step 4:

Bake in preheated 250ºF (125ºC) oven 45-50 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool thoroughly and cut into bars. (Store loosely covered at room temperature.)
