Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/3 cups (325 mL) flaked coconut
- 1 cup (250 mL) chopped nuts
- 1 can (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Original or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
Directions
Step 1:
Combine crumbs, coconut, and nuts; mix well. Stir in sweetened condensed milk. Spread in parchment paper-lined 8" x 8" (2 L) baking pan.
Step 2:
Bake in preheated 350° F (180°C) oven 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Immediately remove from pan and peel off paper. Cool and cut into bars. Tightly cover any leftovers.
