White Chocolate Cheesecake Squares with Dark Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 cups (500 mL) chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) unsalted butter, melted
- Filling:
- 3 pkgs (8 oz / 250 g each) regular or light cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 large eggs
- 8 squares (1 oz / 28 g each) white chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) all-purpose flour
- Glaze:
- 8 squares (1 oz / 28 g each) semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream
Directions
Crust:
Step 1:
Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and butter in small bowl; press firmly onto bottom of 9" x 13" (3.5 L) pan.
Filling:
Step 2:
Beat cream cheese in electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients in order, beating well after each addition.
Assemble and Bake:
Step 3:
Pour batter over crust and bake in preheated 325°F (160°C) oven 35 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Glaze:
Step 4:
Heat glaze ingredients together in double boiler or microwave, just until chocolate is melted, stirring frequently. Spread evenly over cheesecake. Chill until firm. Cut into squares just before serving.
