Step 1:

Stir together flour and baking soda; set aside.

Step 2:

Combine eggs, mincemeat, Eagle Brand, chopped fruit and nuts. Add dry ingredients; mix well.

Step 3:

Divide batter between two greased 9" x 5" (1.5 L) loaf pans.

Step 4:

Bake in preheated 300ºF (150ºC) oven for 1 hour and 20-25 minutes or until done. Cool 15 minutes.

Step 5:

Turn out pans; cool completely. Garnish with glacé cherries.
