Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 pkgs (250 g each) regular or light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (300 mL) Original Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract

  • fresh fruits, candies, chocolate curls or a drizzle of melted chocolate

Directions

Step 1:

Place about 18 jumbo-sized foil or paper baking cups in muffin tins. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter; press firmly onto bottoms.

Step 2:

In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Spoon equal amounts of mixture into prepared cups.

Step 3:

Bake in preheated 300º F (150ºC) oven 18-20 minutes or until cakes spring back when lightly touched. Cool thoroughly then refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cheesecakes can be served in baking cups or removed. Garnish as desired. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
