Caramel and Cheese Flavoured Popcorn

Ingredients
- 1 can (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Dulce de Leche Caramel Flavoured Sauce
- 10 cups (2.5 L) popped popcorn
- 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) cheddar grated cheese product, divided
Directions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2:
Bring caramel flavoured sauce to a boil in saucepan, stirring frequently.
Step 3:
Continue cooking for 1 minute and remove from heat.
Step 4:
Place popcorn in a large bowl. Pour hot caramel flavoured sauce over popcorn. Stir to coat. Sprinkle with salt.
Step 5:
Transfer to prepared baking sheet and arrange in single layer. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup (50 mL) cheese.
Step 6:
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let cool completely and break into pieces.
