Coconut Macaroons with Dulce de Leche

Ingredients
- 3 pkg (200 g each or 6 cups / 1.5 L) flaked coconut
- 1 can (300 g) Eagle Brand® Dulce de Leche Caramel Flavoured Sauce
- 2 tsp (10 mL) pure vanilla extract
Directions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2:
Combine coconut, caramel flavoured sauce and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix well.
Step 3:
Place rounded spoonful onto prepared baking sheets.
Step 4:
Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until browned around the edges. Let sit on baking sheets 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
