Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) very hot tap water
  • 4 tsp (20 mL) instant regular or decaffeinated coffee crystals
  • 2 cups (500 mL) whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 can (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Original or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) almond extract
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) toasted chopped pecans or almonds (optional)

Directions

Step 1:

In large bowl stir together water and coffee crystals until dissolved; cool to room temperature.

Step 2:

Stir in sweetened condensed milk and almond extract. Gently fold in whipped cream and nuts.

Step 3:

Pour into an 8" (2 L) square baking pan or 9" x 5" (2 L) loaf pan. Cover and freeze until firm, about 8 hours.
