Ingredients
- 1 can (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Original or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vanilla extract
- 2 cups (500 mL) whipping cream, whipped
- 1 1/2 cups (325 mL) puréed stone fruit (pitted cherries, peeled and pitted peaches, nectarines or plums) or a combination
Directions
Step 1:
In large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9” x 5" (2 L) loaf pan or other 2 quart container. Swirl in fruit. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
