Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (85 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) fresh strawberries, puréed to about 1 1/2 cups (375 mL)
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream, whipped
  • 2 (9” / 23 cm) graham cracker ready crusts, prepared
  • additional fresh strawberries

Directions

Step 1:

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand, then puréed strawberries and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream.

Step 2:

Pour mixture into baked, cooled crusts. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional strawberries. Return ungarnished leftovers to freezer.
