Ingredients

  • 4 large scoops of Eagle Brand® vanilla ice cream
  • 4 cups (1 L) root beer, cold

Directions

Step 1:

Pour 1/2 cup (125 mL) cold root beer into bottom of each glass. Carefully add 1 scoop of ice cream (about 1/2 cup / 125 mL) to each glass. Slowly fill the glass with another 1/2 cup (125 mL) root beer. Serve with a spoon and a straw. Eat slowly, scooping the ice cream and root beer together with your spoon. Make sure you use a straw to drink up every last bit of this delicious drink.

Tip

This drink tends to overflow, which is part of the fun. If you want to avoid that use larger glasses and don’t fill to the top to prevent this from happening.
