Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (300 mL) Original Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) icing sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) pistachios, toasted and chopped
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped dried cranberries

Directions

Step 1:

Melt chocolate chips with Eagle Brand.

Step 2:

Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Stir in icing sugar and beat 1 minute.

Step 3:

Stir in pistachios and cranberries.

Step 4:

Spread evenly into parchment-lined 8" x 8" (2 L) baking pan. Cover and chill 3 hours. Cut into 1" (2.5 cm) squares.

Can be refrigerated, covered, for up to 10 days.
