Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups (550 mL) chocolate baking crumbs
  • 1 can (300 mL) Original Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 cups (750 mL) mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup (250 mL) chopped unsalted nuts of choice
  • Coating Options:
  • icing sugar
  • combination of half icing sugar and half unsweetened cocoa powder
  • sweetened flaked coconut
  • finely chopped nuts

Directions

Step 1:

In large bowl, stir all filling ingredients together (you may need to use your hands to thoroughly combine as dough may be stiff).

Step 2:

Take 2 -3 tsp (10-15 mL) filling and roll into a ball (if dough is too sticky refrigerate until easier to handle, about 30 minutes). Roll in coating(s) of choice.

Step 3:

Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet, cover and refrigerate until firm (about 4 hours). Keep refrigerated.
