Ingredients
- 4 squares (28 g / 1 oz each) semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
- 1 can (300 mL) Original Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sugar
Directions
Step 1:
Melt chocolate & butter over low heat. Remove from heat & add vanilla, Eagle Brand & graham crumbs; mix well. Chill 30 minutes.
Step 2:
Take by tablespoons full and roll by hand into 3/4” (17 cm) balls.*
Step 3:
Spread sugar, 1/8 cup at a time onto a plate. Roll each ball in sugar to coat lightly and place on wax paper.
