Ingredients
- Filling:
- 2 1/4 cups (550 mL) graham crumbs
- 1 can (300 mL) Original Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 cups (750 mL) mini marshmallows
- 1 cup (250 mL) mini chocolate chips
- Coating Options:
- icing sugar
- combination of half icing sugar and half unsweetened cocoa powder
- sweetened flaked coconut
- finely chopped nuts
Directions
Step 1:
Stir all filling ingredients in large bowl (you may need to use your hands to thoroughly combine as dough may be stiff).
Step 2:
Take 2-3 tsp (10-15 mL) filling and roll into a ball (if dough is too sticky refrigerate until easier to handle, about 30 minutes). Roll in coating(s) of choice.
Step 3:
Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet, cover and refrigerate until firm (about 4 hours). Keep refrigerated.
