Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups (800 mL) white chocolate chips
- 1 can (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, Original or Low Fat
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped mixed candied peel and glaced fruit, plus additional for garnish
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mixed salted nuts, plus additional for garnish
Directions
Step 1:
Grease a 9” (23 cm) square pan and line with parchment paper.
Step 2:
Melt white chocolate chips together with sweetened condensed milk in medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in candied peel and nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Garnish with additional peel and nuts, pressing down gently. Refrigerate 4-6 hours until firm. Cut into squares.
