Ingredients
- 1 envelope (7 g) unflavoured gelatin
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) water
- 3 squares (28 g each) unsweetened or semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 can (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Original or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
- 2 cups (500 mL) whipping cream, whipped
- 1 9” / 23 cm prepared chocolate crumb crust
Directions
Step 1:
In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 1 minute. Over low heat, stir until gelatin dissolves. Cool.
Step 2:
Beat melted, cooled chocolate with sweetened condensed milk. Stir in gelatin mixture and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream.
Step 3:
Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Garnish as desired.
