Classic White Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pkg (250 g) regular or light cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Original or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 pkg (225 g) white chocolate chips, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
- 1 9” / 23 cm graham cracker or chocolate flavoured pie crust
- 1 cup (250 mL) fresh or frozen raspberries, puréed (optional)
- fresh berries (optional)
Directions
Step 1:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, melted white chocolate chips, egg and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust pie.
Step 2:
Bake in preheated 325ºF (160ºC) oven for 20-25 minutes or until just set.
Step 3:
Cool. Drizzle with puréed raspberries and top with fresh berries, if desired.
