Fresh 'n Creamy Lemon (Lime) Pie

Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) lemon juice
- 1 9” / 23 cm graham cracker ready pie crust
- whipped cream
Directions
Step 1:
Whisk together egg yolks, Eagle Brand and lemon juice. Pour into pie crust.
Step 2:
Bake in preheated 325°F (160°C) oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Chill 1-2 hours. Serve topped with whipped cream or garnish as desired.
For Fresh 'N Creamy Lime Pie:
Step 3:
Follow recipe above but substitute lime juice for lemon juice and whisk in 1-2 drops green food colouring. Pour into chocolate ready pie crust and bake.
