Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) finely crushed crème-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 20 cookies)
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) butter, melted
  • 1 pkg (175 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream, stiffly whipped

Directions

Step 1:

Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side to rim of 9" (23 cm) pie plate. Chill.

Step 2:

Beat melted chocolate with Eagle Brand and vanilla until well blended. Chill 10 to 15 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared crust.

Step 3:

Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers.
