Ingredients
- 1 can (19 oz / 540 mL) pumpkin pie filling
- 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ginger
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) nutmeg
- 1 9” / 23 cm unbaked deep dish pie shell
Directions
Step 1:
Whisk together pie filling, Eagle Brand, eggs, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Pour into prepared pastry shell.
Step 2:
Bake in preheated 425ºF (220ºC) oven 15 minutes.
Step 3:
Reduce oven temperature to 350ºF (180ºC). Bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near centre comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired. Cover leftovers; refrigerate.
