Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 can (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Original or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) lime juice
- 2-3 drops green food colouring (optional)
- 1 9” / 23 cm graham cracker or prepared frozen pie crust
- frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 325ºF (160ºC).
Step 2:
Whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food colouring if desired. Pour into prepared pie crust.
Step 3:
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Chill 1-2 hours. Serve topped with whipped topping or whipped cream. Garnish as desired.
