Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) boiling water
- 1 tsp (5 mL) instant espresso powder
- 1 can (300 mL) Original or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, caramelized*
Directions
Step 1:
Dissolve instant espresso powder in boiling water; add to caramelized sweetened condensed milk. With electric mixer beat until smooth.
Step 2:
Use immediately or cool one hour, then refrigerate up to 3 days. Reheat in microwave until pourable.
Step 3:
Serve over ice cream and other favourite desserts.
