Chocolate Brownie Bites

Ingredients

2 eggs

¼ cup50ml brown sugar

1 tsp5ml vanilla extract

½ cup125ml semi-sweet chocolate, melted

½ cup125ml butter, melted

1 can300ml Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk

½ cup125ml Robin Hood® All Purpose Flour

¼ cup50ml unsweetened cocoa powder

½ tsp2ml baking powder

¼ tsp1ml salt

1 cup250ml chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk or white or a combination)

Directions

  1 Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Grease or line mini muffin pans with paper liners.

  2 Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla extract together in a large bowl. Add melted chocolate and butter. Stir well. Stir in sweetened condensed milk.

  3 Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Add chocolate chips.

  4 Spoon batter into prepared muffins cups.

  5 Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or just until the tops are firm to the touch.

Tip(s)

Use a mini ice cream scoop to place batter in muffin cups.


Use any flavour chocolate chip or combination that you have on hand.
