Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Ice Cream

2 cups500 ml whipping cream

1 can300 ml Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, Regular or Low Fat

2 tbsp30 ml vanilla extract

3/4 cup175 ml Jif® Dark Roast Creamy Peanut Butter

1/4 cup50 ml Smucker's® Microwaveable Hot Fudge Topping

3/4 cup175 ml dark chocolate chunks


  1 Whip cream in bowl of electric mixer until soft peaks form. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Swirl in peanut butter and chocolate fudge with a butter knife. Mix in chocolate chunks. Pour into 9" x 5" (2 L) loaf pan or other container; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
